About TinyPicTools

A set of single-purpose image utilities that run entirely in your browser. Upload nothing, wait for nothing, download immediately.

Why the browser

Most online image tools work the same way: you upload a file to a server, the server processes it, and you download the result. That means your photo travels across the internet, sits on someone else's disk, and comes back to you — for an operation your own device could have done instantly.

Modern browsers can decode, transform and re-encode images natively. Doing the work locally is faster, costs nothing to run, and means your photos are never in anyone else's hands. It is better on every axis, so that is how this site is built.

What we are not

• Not an AI image generator.
• Not a full photo editor — each tool does one job.
• Not an account system, a cloud drive, or a subscription.

How it is paid for

Display advertising, kept away from the upload area and the download button. Because processing happens on your device, the running costs are tiny, which is what makes the tools free without a paywall.

Browser support

Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, iOS Safari, Chrome for Android and Samsung Internet are supported. Where a browser lacks a capability, the tool either loads a WebAssembly fallback or tells you plainly that the operation is not available.
